Vanadium Director’s Stake Grows Substantially

Vanadium Resources Ltd. (AU:VR8) has released an update.

Vanadium Resources Ltd. has reported a significant change in the interests of Director Mr. Jurie Hendrik Wessels, with an acquisition of nearly 3 million Performance Rights across three tranches, as authorized in the company’s recent General Meeting of Shareholders. This change has not affected Wessels’ indirect holdings of over 45 million ordinary shares and additional Performance Rights in both Danterne Pty Ltd and Danterne Trust. The financial details of these transactions have not been disclosed.
