Van Elle Holdings PLC has announced that its Non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Frank Nelson, has invested in the company by purchasing 50,000 shares at a price of 37 pence each. This acquisition increases Nelson’s stake to 190,000 Ordinary Shares, which is 0.18% of Van Elle’s total voting share capital. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market on June 14, 2024.
