Van de Velde NV Increases Own Share Ownership

Van de Velde NV (GB:0IWV) has released an update.

Van de Velde NV recently crossed the statutory threshold of 3% share ownership after acquiring 393,898 of its own shares, now holding a total of 3.02% of the company’s voting rights. This move was part of the company’s share buyback program authorized by shareholders last year. The majority of shares remain under the control of Van de Velde Holding NV and the Van de Velde and Laureys families.
