ValueMax Group Limited is progressing with its plans to list its subsidiary, Well Chip Group Berhad, on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, with a public offering of 150 million new shares. The IPO process is scheduled to commence on 26 June 2024, with applications closing on 10 July 2024, and the official listing date set for 23 July 2024.
