ValueMax Group Ltd. has announced the launch of its Series 005 and Series 012 digital securities commercial paper on the ADDX Exchange, offering a 4.75% per annum return for both 6-month and 3-month maturities. The company aims to raise up to S$25 million for the 6-month issuance and up to S$50 million for the 3-month issuance from accredited and institutional investors.
