Value Convergence Holdings Limited announced unanimous approval of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on June 3, 2024, including the re-election of executive and independent directors, the re-appointment of their auditor, and the authorization of share buy-backs and issuance mandates. The resolutions received 100% votes in favor, apart from two mandates to issue new shares which passed with 99.41% approval.
