ValOre Metals Secures $4.1M for Brazil Project Funding

ValOre Metals Corp (TSE:VO) has released an update.

ValOre Metals Corp. has successfully completed an upsized non-brokered private placement, raising $4.1 million by issuing over 55 million units at $0.075 each, to fund their Pedra Branca project in Brazil and for general capital. The placement includes one share and one purchase warrant per unit, with a potential acceleration clause for the warrants.
