Valneva SE, a specialty vaccine company, has announced the availability of documentation for its upcoming Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2024, and revealed a corporate update with the departure of its General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Mr. Frédéric Jacotot, after ten years of service. Kendra Wergin will step into the role beginning August 1, 2024, bringing her U.S. legal expertise and experience from her previous roles in a major law firm and a Fortune 500 company. Shareholders can access the meeting documents online or request them via email, as the company continues to drive its vaccine development programs, including a promising Lyme disease vaccine candidate in partnership with Pfizer.
