The company operates primarily in the infrastructure sector, providing utility, solar, lighting, and telecommunications products, as well as coatings services.
The company’s financial performance for the fiscal year 2024 was marked by a strong operating cash flow of $573 million and record diluted earnings per share of $17.19, despite a slight downturn in overall net sales compared to the previous year. The fourth quarter capped off an impressive year with increased net sales and operating income, reflecting the company’s strategic focus on pricing, operational efficiencies, and cost management.
