Vallianz Holdings Negotiates Perpetual Securities Terms

Vallianz Holdings Limited (SG:WPC) has released an update.

Vallianz Holdings Limited has entered into a settlement deed and exercised its right to defer distribution regarding its 4% senior perpetual securities, which were originally issued in January 2015 as part of a $500 million debt program. These securities, listed on the Singapore Exchange, were part of a transaction involving the acquisition of Newcruz International Pte. Ltd. and PTSB Holdings Pte. Ltd. by a Vallianz subsidiary. Distribution rates for these securities start at 4% per annum, increasing to 7% post a three-year step-up period, with semi-annual payments that can be deferred.
