Valleyview Resources Ltd. has appointed Roger Lemaitre as the new President and CEO, with Joel Leonard transitioning to CFO, as the company aims to become a leading US-focused uranium developer. Lemaitre brings over 30 years of experience in the mining sector, including a successful tenure as President & CEO of UEX Corporation. The company is also progressing with the acquisition of Shift Rare Metals Inc., which will enhance its position in the uranium industry.
