ValiRx plc (GB:VAL) has released an update.
ValiRx plc has strengthened its board by appointing two new Non-executive Directors, Martin Gouldstone and Adrian de Courcey, who bring a wealth of experience from the life sciences and business sectors. Additionally, Ray Horn joins as a Board observer to contribute further to the company’s strategic direction. This move is part of ValiRx’s effort to enhance its management team and guide the company in its mission to develop early-stage cancer therapies and women’s health solutions.
