Usmar is celebrated for his international experience and leadership within the mining sector, holding previous roles at significant companies such as Triple Flag and Barrick Gold Corporation. His arrival is anticipated to steer Vale Base Metals towards capitalizing on the growing demand for metals essential for the global energy transition.
