Vale S.A. has announced the resignation of Mrs. Vera Marie Inkster from its Board of Directors and is taking steps to call a General Meeting for board recomposition, including its Audit and Risk Committee. The company expressed gratitude to Mrs. Inkster for her contributions during her tenure starting in 2023.
