Vale SA (VALE) has released an update.
Vale S.A. has announced changes to its Audit and Risks Committee, appointing Mr. Manuel Lino Silva de Sousa Oliveira as the new coordinator while introducing Mr. Douglas James Upton as a new member. The Committee, which is comprised of three independent members, provides oversight for Vale’s financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and auditing practices. The updated member resumes are available on Vale’s website for stakeholders’ reference.
