Vail Resorts Expands Board, Appoints Iris Knobloch

Vail Resorts (MTN) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Vail Resorts, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from ten to eleven members with the appointment of Iris Knobloch. Boasting an impressive career, Knobloch is currently the President of the Cannes Film Festival and has held significant roles including CEO and Chairwoman of I2PO SA and senior executive positions at WarnerMedia. Her extensive board experience includes positions at Deezer, Accor SA, Lazard, Inc., and previously LVMH and Central European Media Enterprises. Without any disclosed arrangements influencing her appointment, Knobloch will receive the company’s standard compensation for non-employee directors.
