Vail Resorts (MTN) has released an update.
David Shapiro, the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Vail Resorts, Inc., will be departing the company on February 23, 2024, to explore a new career path. Julie DeCecco, previously Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, has been promoted to succeed Shapiro, effective immediately. DeCecco brings substantial experience, having been with Vail Resorts since 2017 and contributing to various legal aspects of the company’s operations.
