Vacasa’s Principal Accounting Officer Craig Gracey Steps Down

Vacasa (VCSA) has issued an update.

Craig Gracey is stepping down as principal accounting officer of Vacasa, Inc., with no issues cited regarding company operations or policies. Effective September 6, 2024, Bruce Schuman, already the CFO, will take over Gracey’s responsibilities in addition to his ongoing role. Schuman brings extensive experience, having held financial leadership positions at Kiavi, Inc. and a 27-year tenure at Intel Corporation. His appointment as principal accounting officer will not affect his current compensation.
