Vaalco Energy, Inc. has awarded restricted shares and performance options to key management personnel, with a vesting period of up to three years, contingent on continued service and performance conditions. The awarded restricted shares and performance options are valued at $5.96 per share, with performance options having an additional valuation of $3.22 each upon grant. The company also reported the forfeiture of common stock by several managers to meet tax obligations upon the vesting of previous stock awards.
