V2Y Corporation Ltd. has announced a reconstitution of its Board and Board Committees effective from 31 August 2024, following the recent appointment of Mr Eugene Goh Chee Liang as Non-Executive and Independent Director and the departure of former Chairman Mr Lim Chuan Poh. The reshuffle introduces new leadership across its main committees, including Audit, Remuneration, and Nominating committees, aiming to strengthen its governance and strategic direction.
