On February 28, 2024, shareholders of Class A common stock were greeted with the good news that they will receive a $0.10 per share cash dividend, set for distribution on April 11, 2024. Eligibility for this payout requires being on the company’s books by the end of business on March 20, 2024. Additionally, a generous $150.2 million will be proportionally distributed to SFS Corp. on the same date in April.
