UTime Limited Schedules Key Shareholder Meeting

UTime (WTO) has released an update.

UTime Limited announces an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for August 28, 2024, to vote on a share consolidation and an increase in authorized shares. Shareholders as of August 19, 2024, are entitled to vote, with the company recommending approval for both proposals. The meeting will take place at the company’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China, with options for proxy voting available.
