UT Group Co., Ltd. has launched the E-Pro System, a new personnel system designed to assess and visualize the skills of semiconductor engineers, facilitating better skill-based evaluations and career development. The initiative, aimed at addressing the intensifying competition for semiconductor professionals, will enable the deployment of 1,700 engineers and help 300 transition to full-time roles within client companies by FY3/2026. The system reflects UT Group’s commitment to fair treatment and opportunity in skill development and career formation for those in the semiconductor industry.
