USPACE Shareholders Approve Resolutions, Directors Retire

Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group Limited (HK:1725) has released an update.

At the recent Annual General Meeting, USPACE Technology Group Limited shareholders approved all proposed resolutions by poll, witnessed by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. The meeting also marked the retirement of Ms. Ku Ka Lee Clarie as executive Director and vice chairman, as well as the departure of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company’s auditor. Despite the absence of several directors, the resolutions, including the approval of the audited financial statements for the year, received unanimous support from attending shareholders.
