US Solar Fund Reports NAV Decline and Shareholder Returns

US Solar Fund (GB:USF) has released an update.

Pick the best stocks and maximize your portfolio:

US Solar Fund PLC has reported a decrease in Net Asset Value (NAV) to $230.4m and a NAV per share drop to $0.75, attributing the decline to a range of factors including increased risk-free rates, dividend distributions, and changes in operating assumptions. Despite operational challenges such as below-budget generation and unscheduled outages, the company has returned $18.6 million to shareholders through a tender offer and continues to focus on portfolio optimization for future liquidity events. A forthcoming dividend payment is scheduled for October 2024, consistent with the company’s revised interim dividend target.
