US Masters Residential Property Fund (AU:URF) has released an update.
The US Masters Residential Property Fund has successfully passed two key resolutions in a recent General Meeting, with overwhelming support from its members. The first resolution appoints a new Responsible Entity, contingent upon the second resolution, which amends the Fund’s constitution. These changes are set to take effect following the distribution of units in US Masters Residential Property Fund II to URF participating members.
