US Masters Residential Property Fund (AU:URF) has released an update.
E&P Investments Limited, acting as the responsible entity for the US Masters Residential Property Fund, has disclosed that Stuart Robert Anderson Nisbett, a director of the company, ceased his directorship on June 25, 2024. The notice, complying with listing rule 3.19A.3, also revealed Nisbett’s final interest in the fund, consisting of 18,462 Ordinary Units. No further interests in securities or contracts were reported for Nisbett upon his departure.
