US Masters Residential Property Fund has announced the appointment of Peter Metree Shear as a new director, effective from June 25, 2024. The notification was made in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.1 and section 205G of the Corporations Act, revealing that Shear presently holds no securities in the fund.
