Urban-gro, Inc. has been notified by Nasdaq for non-compliance due to a delay in filing their quarterly financial report. This delay is attributed to the need for restating previously issued financial statements because of errors found in accounting for deferred tax liabilities. The company has been given a 60-day period to submit a compliance plan, with the possibility of an extension up to 180 days. They are working to amend their financial reports and intend to file them promptly while communicating their progress through a press release.
