Uranium Energy Corp. has announced a leadership shift with Pat Obara stepping down as CFO, Secretary, and Treasurer to assume the role of Senior Vice-President, Administration. Josephine Man, with extensive experience including roles at Uranium Royalty Corp. and Gold Royalty Corp., has been appointed as the new CFO, Secretary, and Treasurer. Her executive employment agreement includes a base salary, potential bonuses, stock options, and other benefits, with provisions for renewal and termination.
