On January 25, 2024, the Company appointed Matt Breslin as the Chief Revenue Officer, effective from February 6, 2024. At 55, Breslin brings extensive experience from his over nine-year tenure as Executive Vice President at Infor, along with an educational background that includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Breslin’s appointment is noted for the absence of familial connections with the company’s directors or executive officers, and he holds no material interests in transactions that would necessitate disclosure under regulation.
