Upland Software, Inc. has promoted Karen Cummings to President and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 25, 2024. She has a long history with the company, serving in senior roles since 2005, and holds a degree from SUNY Buffalo. Concurrently, the Compensation Committee approved an amendment to her employment agreement, increasing her base salary to $375,000 and providing for full vesting of equity grants by June 30, 2025, along with provisions for accelerated vesting under certain termination conditions.
