Upland Resources Limited has announced a new equity Subscription for 16,090,060 shares at 3.3 pence each, following an oversubscribed Placing that raised £3.2 million. Strategic Malaysian investors, including a major shareholder, have substantially increased their holdings, which is expected to bring an additional £530,972 in capital and bolster the company’s business plans in Malaysia. The new shares are anticipated to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market around June 3, 2024.
