Upland Resources Gains New Major Shareholder

Upland Resources (GB:UPL) has released an update.

Upland Resources Limited has announced that CN GAF LIMITED, a company based in Douglas, Isle of Man, has acquired a significant stake in the company, now holding 3.14% of Upland’s voting rights, which translates to 41,666,666 shares. This change in major holdings crossed the notification threshold on July 29, 2024, and Upland was promptly notified on the same date.
