Upland Resources Expands Market Presence

Upland Resources Limited announced the admission of 42,857,142 new Ordinary Shares to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, following their recent £600,000 capital raise at 1.40p per share. The shares are set to commence trading on September 24, 2024, which will bring the company’s total issued share count to 1,369,805,271. This move provides shareholders with a new denominator for calculating their interest in the company.
