Upland Resources Boosts Shares with Warrants Exercise

Upland Resources (GB:UPL) has released an update.

Upland Resources Limited announces the successful exercise of 2,500,000 warrants, resulting in proceeds of £30,000. The company expects the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to start trading on the London Stock Exchange by June 13, 2024. This event increases the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 1,326,948,129, providing a new basis for shareholder calculations regarding their interest in the company.
