UOB Sydney Branch Launches Multi-Million Dollar Notes

United Overseas Bank (Singapore) (SG:U11) has released an update.

United Overseas Bank Limited’s Sydney Branch is set to issue A$950 million in Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes and A$300 million in Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes, both due in 2027. These notes, part of a US$30 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme, are being led by four major financial institutions with the anticipation of strong ratings from Moody’s, S&P, and Fitch. The offering is restricted and will not be available for sale in the United States or to any U.S. persons.
