UOB (SG:U11) has released an update.
United Overseas Bank Limited has successfully set the price for its GBP750 million Floating Rate Covered Bonds, to mature in 2027. These bonds, part of a larger US$15 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, will not be available in the United States or to U.S. persons. The offering, managed by major financial institutions including BNP Paribas and HSBC, targets professional clients with a quarterly payable coupon of Compounded Daily SONIA plus 0.53%.
