UOB-Kay Hian Holdings Limited held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Auditorium in Singapore, with Chairman Mr Wee Ee Chao leading the session. The company had previously responded to shareholder and regulatory body questions on its website and SGXNET, and during the AGM, directors and management further addressed additional queries from attendees. Despite the absence of Director Mr Tang Wee Loke, the meeting proceeded with a quorum present and the agenda was successfully discussed.
