UOB is set for a leadership revamp to drive its next growth phase, with Susan Hwee stepping up as the new Head of Group Retail and Lawrence Goh taking charge of Group Technology and Operations. Hwee’s extensive 35-year background in technology and banking primes her to further the bank’s digital transformation, building on her achievements in global strategy and integration of acquisitions across ASEAN. Meanwhile, Eddie Khoo transitions to a Senior Advisor role for UOB Vietnam, following his retirement.
