Shareholders approved key resolutions including the election and re-election of directors, and the authorization of share issue and buy-back mandates. The company also noted executive director Ms. Zhang Haimei’s retirement and the re-designation of Mr. Xuan Zhensheng from a non-executive to an executive director.
