Universal Stainless Announces Leadership Transition and Compensation

Universal Stainless & Alloy Products (USAP) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. has announced a shift in roles for Dennis M. Oates, who will move from Executive Chairman/Director to a non-employee Board member starting February 1, 2024. Despite the change, Oates will maintain his position as Chair of the Board and will receive the standard compensation allotted to non-employee directors of the company.
