Universal PropTech Inc. has announced that it will voluntarily delist from the TSX Venture Exchange following approval from both the exchange and a majority of its shareholders. This move is part of a planned business combination with Xemoto Media Ltd., which will form a new entity called BrandPilot AI Inc. to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The delisting and subsequent listing are contingent on fulfilling the CSE conditions and the successful completion of the merger.
