Universal Ibogaine Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $270,000 through the issuance of 13.5 million common shares at $0.02 each. These funds are earmarked for the advancement of their Health Canada clinical trial application for an ibogaine-based treatment for addiction, as well as for general corporate purposes. Additionally, the company has canceled its previous offer to sell common shares at $0.015 each.
