Universal Ibogaine Inc., a life sciences company focusing on addiction treatment, has announced the issuance of over 4 million common shares to settle outstanding accounts payable, with the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Following the settlement, the company’s total issued and outstanding common shares will increase to over 308 million. The settlement is part of UI’s strategy to revolutionize addiction treatment through medicalized ibogaine and holistic protocols at its Kelburn Recovery Centre.
