Unity Software (U) just unveiled an update.
Unity Software Inc. has announced that Carol Carpenter, the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Office, will resign effective June 30, 2024, transitioning to a Strategic Marketing Advisor role until December 1, 2024. During this period, she will maintain her salary and her equity awards will continue to vest. She is also entitled to a series of financial benefits upon her departure, including a lump sum equal to twenty-six weeks of her base salary, a pro-rated target bonus for 2024, and healthcare continuation costs. These benefits hinge on the condition that she isn’t terminated for cause before the resignation date.
