Unity Software CFO Transition and Interim Appointment

The latest update is out from Unity Software (U).

Unity Software Inc. is parting ways with its CFO Luis Visoso through a mutual agreement effective August 9, 2024, with no disputes over financial matters cited. Visoso will receive a severance package including half a year’s salary, a prorated annual bonus, and healthcare cost coverage. Mark Barrysmith steps up as the interim CFO, bringing extensive experience from his previous senior accounting roles at Amazon.com and a background with KPMG and the SEC. Unity is actively searching for a permanent CFO replacement.
