Unity Group Holdings International Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting to be held in Hong Kong on October 30, 2024, where it will address key corporate actions including the re-election of directors, review of financial statements, and appointment of auditors. Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s shares, contingent on regulatory rules and share consolidation or subdivision adjustments.
