Denise M. Clark, a board member of United Natural Foods, Inc., has decided not to seek reelection at the upcoming annual stockholders’ meeting. She will remain in her role until the meeting takes place. Clark’s departure is amicable, with no disagreements cited regarding the company’s operations or policies. Subsequently, the company’s board will downsize from 11 to 10 directors.
