United Lithium Corp. reported successful elections of its board nominees at the annual general and special meeting, with overwhelming shareholder support for each director. Shareholders also re-appointed the company’s auditor and approved a new Compensation Plan. Additionally, the company acknowledged the departure of Anoop Prihar from the vice presidency and expressed gratitude for his contributions.
